Typing whilst sat on my bedroom floor, suffering from mad FOMO because everyone I know and their mum is at Erykah Badu right now and I had to give up my ticket because being a responsible adult suuuucks.

I can hear you now, "STILL with the florals?!"

Yes. And I hate to inform you that they won't be going anywhere any time soon so you'd better get used to it. Sorrynotsorry.

This floral wrap bad boy from Topshop is perfect for summer heatwaves in London. I can cycle to work in it (albeit, not without hhhhexposing myself to the whole of the neighbourhood, so I've pinned it), it's work appropriate and it's a great day-to-night piece. I'd even go so far as to say that it can be worn casually and formally.

This hat though! Hats are one of my favourite ways to accessorise. I bought this weird prairie bonnet style straw baby whilst on holiday in Ibiza (no, I don't party. Ibiza is a beautiful Island and has way more to it than turn up functions) a few years back. It had an ugly beige/white polka dot ribbon around the crown that I ripped off straight away and only cost about twenty euros Point to note - I took in on a bike ride around Formentera (another of the Balearic Islands) and it didn't fly off once!
